Drives implementation, client types, Prism mock, and the wiki API page. x-gospl-frs tags each operation to its spec US/FR IDs. OPEN CLARIFICATIONS (see specs/people/weekly-goals.md §C): G1 spine relationship (is a Goal a spine node?) · G2 week definition/rollover · G3 org-chart source for manager visibility · G4 “near-identical” definition · OQ-03 drift threshold · OQ-04 report delivery channel. The weekStart field anchors a goal to a week; the Previous/This/Next column is derived server-side from the current week (G2). Manager-scoped reads depend on the reporting-line graph (G3).
